Silence has been my very first healer.
Like you, I struggled with finding my place in the world, looking for joy, fulfillment, and acceptance externally. I searched for answers in the self-help aisle and in endless therapy sessions, never reaching a sense of well-being.
I became drawn to the wisdom of ancient traditions, like Buddhism and Hinduism, studied Psychotherapy and also became a Life coach, until one day I decided to lose all labels and just sit with my Self, in Silence.
Today, after years of professional and academic training, I offer you a safe space to discover your inner world. My technique will allow you to meet life in the now, experiencing self-acceptance, grounding and the wisdom to listen to your guide within.
